Terms of service
Last updated September 14, 2026
Who these terms are for
These terms apply to brokerages and agents who connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to Foyer. People who message a Page that uses Foyer are covered by the brokerage's own terms and by Meta's terms.
Your responsibilities
You must be an admin of the Page you connect, or hold the moderation, messaging and content-creation roles on it. You are responsible for the listing information you provide, for reviewing videos and captions before they publish unless you turn on automatic publishing, and for following fair-housing law in the persona and instructions you give the assistant.
You agree not to use Foyer to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate a person, or to hide that an assistant is answering. Foyer discloses automation in the first reply and you may not remove that disclosure.
What Foyer does not promise
The assistant answers from the listing data you provide and may still make mistakes. It does not give legal, tax, or lending advice and hands off to a person when asked. Meta, Anthropic and Google may change or interrupt the APIs Foyer depends on; we will tell you when that affects your account.
Ending the service
You can disconnect your Page at any time. We can suspend an account that sends spam, violates Meta's platform policies, or puts other customers' access at risk, and will tell you why.
